For other items, we ship to the buyer's nearest transportation terminal where local pickup is required.   2. How long will production and fulfillment take?

    We make many of our luxury furniture pieces custom to your order. On average, production and fulfillment ranges from 3-45 days depending on the item materials, customizations, and our workshop schedule. Timelines may extend beyond 45 days during busy holiday seasons when order volume is higher. Adverse weather conditions or global events outside our control can also cause unforeseen delays. We aim to provide accurate timeframe estimates at the time of order based on your selections. However, unexpected circumstances can alter projections. We will keep you updated on any changes to your fulfillment timeline. Luxury customized furniture takes time and skilled workmanship to create. We appreciate your patience.   3. Can i customize my order?

    You sure can! Customization features include materials options, style options, size customized, color options and any other inquiry. Please note some custom options will need 50% deposit before production.

  1. What is your return policy?

    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate a return and we will arrange pickup and transit back to our workshop. For any manufacturing defects or damage caused by transit, we will refund the full purchase price once the item is inspected by our workshop. We may request photos or video documenting damage before pickup. Lost or undelivered shipments are refunded in full once courier investigation concludes the package is lost. Please alert us promptly if an order is delayed or unreceived so we can launch a trace investigation. Custom-made items are produced specially to your specifications, so we kindly ask they are inspected carefully upon arrival. 100% full refunds for any defects.     We sure do! Here are the design services we offer: - Room layout planning - Providing furniture placement sketches or 3D renders of the room with selected pieces. - Style consulting - Advising customers on choosing furniture styles and aesthetics that fit their taste and complement their existing decor. - Fabric/finish selection - Guiding fabric, leather, or wood finish choices for upholstery or finishes. Providing fabric swatches. - Customization ideation - Brainstorming creative customized elements like monograms, engraved details, specialty materials, or non-standard sizing. - Art consultancy - Suggesting appropriate artwork, mirrors, lamps etc. to accessorize and complete room designs around new furniture. - Mood boards - Creating inspiration boards or mockups of the envisioned room with furniture choices and proposed accents. - Full service interior design - For larger projects, providing full in-home design including furnishings, layouts, lighting, window treatments and accents. A 50% deposit is required for tailored design services. Price depends on the complexities and specifics of the customized feautures.

    We donate 2% of earnings from every purchase to select nonprofits leading zero waste and sustainability efforts. This commitment stems from our core belief in disrupting traditional business practices to drive positive change. By integrating social impact into our business model, we aim to prove that doing good is not at odds with profits and growth For custom designs we leverage artisanal craftsmanship reduces industrial energy consumption, handmade also supports local communities. We also use solid wood from vietnam which implements EU sustainability standards, this ensures timber harvesting is ethical and sustainable. We maintain limited inventory and create most pieces custom per order. This bespoke approach means we do not overproduce or feel pressure to aggressively sell unwanted stock. Keeping stock intentionally low allows us to focus on purposeful production.
