  1. Return & Refund Policy

    Our aim is for you to be content with your furniture purchase. If you find the product not to your satisfaction, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt to begin a return. Return Procedure: - Reach out to our team to initiate a return and provide your order specifics. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. - We request you to carefully package the item in its original packaging, if available. The item should be shipped back to us within 14 days of your return request. - Once we receive and examine the returned item, we'll issue a refund equivalent to the purchase price. Please note that original shipping charges are not subject to refund. - Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received by us. Defective or Damaged Items: Should you encounter any manufacturing flaws or damage incurred during shipping, please notify us promptly and provide photographic or video evidence of the damage. Once we confirm the damage, we'll arrange for pickup or replacement and refund the purchase price of the item. Missing/Undelivered Orders: If you haven't received your order within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, please inform us promptly so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping company. A full refund will be issued if the shipping company confirms the order as lost after their trace investigation. This process can take up to 21 days. Custom Furniture: Given their bespoke nature, custom furniture purchases cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item has manufacturing defects. Return & Refund Policy: We accept returns and issue refunds on all products for any reason, subject to the following conditions: • The product must be in new condition with all original packaging and components. • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization for your order. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your return authorization. • You must provide photo or video evidence showing a material defect or issue with the product to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes an eligible defect or issue. • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned item(s). • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. shipping the wrong item or if the product is found to be materially defective). • This policy does not apply to custom or special order items. 2. Bespoke Orders When you place an order for a bespoke product, you understand that we will begin the process of creating this product immediately. This involves the use of materials and labor specifically for your order. Cancellation and Refunds of Bespoke Orders 2.1. Cancellation Due to the nature of bespoke products, you are not entitled to cancel your order once production has begun. By submitting your order, you understand and agree to this condition. 2.2. Refunds If for any reason you wish to cancel your order after production has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refundable amount will be determined by the amount of material used and the cost of labor already incurred at the time of cancellation. You acknowledge that this may result in receiving less than the original price paid. 3. Liability: In no event shall Mr Majeza or its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your purchase of any products or services from us. 4.   4. Shipping Policy

    We offer various shipping methods depending on item size, destination, and delivery requirements. Quoted shipping fees cover costs for reliable, insured delivery. Estimated timelines provided at checkout or time of order are based on average transit times according to shipping method and location. We make every effort to ship orders promptly, however delays may occasionally occur. Lost or Damaged Packages: We take care to pack items securely, but unfortunately damage or losses are an infrequent possibility with any shipment. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos documenting damage so we can arrange next steps. For lost shipments, we will launch an investigation with the carrier after 10 days without delivery. Customs & Duties: Import taxes, customs clearance fees, duties, tariffs, and other charges levied by destination customs are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government charges. Refused Deliveries: If an attempted delivery is refused for any reason, we will issue a refund minus any shipping fees once the package is returned to our facility. Delivery refusal forfeits free return shipping. Free Shipping: Buyer/recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, custom clearance fees and any other extra charges. Free shipping is to the buyer's nearest port by sea, overland transport and door delivery not included. Recipient is responsible for pickup from port upon arrival.
